Ball valve
A ball valve or shut-off ball valve contains a closing unit that can be manually, pneumatically, or electrically operated. This ball valve ensures that the flow of liquids or gases can be blocked. Inside the ball valve is a rotating ball with a bore, or port, in the center. When the valve is positioned so that the bore aligns with the pipe direction, liquid or gas can flow through. At a 90-degree rotation, the bore is placed perpendicular to the path, meaning the valve is closed, and liquid cannot pass.
The pneumatic ball valve comes with an actuator and optical position indicator. Available in nickel-plated brass, stainless steel, plastic, and high-pressure versions, in 2-way and 3-way options, and in single- or double-acting versions. For the 3-way ball valve, you can choose an L- or T-port, with three options available for the T-port.
